About Us
Noti-FLY is a managed construction notification service that helps agencies & contractors deliver clear, real-time project updates to residents using location-specific QR codes and SMS messaging.
Project notification/ mailing zones are defined using project maps or paving lists. Noti-FLY identifies affected streets and neighborhoods to ensure notifications reach only the residents impacted by construction.
Residents receive a mailer with a location-specific QR code. Scanning the code instantly connects them to real-time text message updates for the construction activity affecting their area. Scan the QR code above to see the resident experience first-hand!
Real-Time, Project-Specific Construction Updates
Noti-FLY provides agencies with a managed communication service that delivers clear, timely construction updates directly to residents via text message. Once residents opt in using a location-specific QR code, they receive project-specific notifications related to schedule changes, access impacts, lane closures, and safety information throughout the life of the project.
Submitting notifications is simple. Agencies and contractors send update requests to Noti-FLY by email, and messages are reviewed, organized, and distributed on their behalf. This ensures consistent, accurate communication without requiring agencies to manage messaging platforms, dashboards, or resident contact lists.
By serving as a centralized point of contact, Noti-FLY helps reduce resident confusion, minimize complaint volume, and improve transparency—while keeping agencies informed without adding administrative burden.
No dashboards. No apps. Updates are as simple as sending an email.
Two-Way Resident Communication, Managed by Noti-FLY
Residents can respond directly to construction update text messages with questions or concerns related to the project affecting their area. Incoming messages are received by Noti-FLY and reviewed to determine the appropriate level of urgency based on content, location, and potential impact.
Noti-FLY relays resident concerns to the designated contractor contact by email, clearly identifying the project, location, and urgency level. A recommended response is provided for review, allowing contractors to address resident questions quickly and consistently without monitoring incoming text messages directly. Agencies remain informed and retain visibility into communications, without being required to manage day-to-day responses.
This approach allows contractors to handle active construction communication, while providing agencies with oversight and assurance that resident concerns are being addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Agencies may opt for door hangers instead of mailed notifications, which can be provided directly to the contractor for on-site distribution—reducing or eliminating mailing and postage costs. In addition, project signage with QR codes can be produced for placement at construction entrances and throughout affected neighborhoods.
